We are currently looking for a Sr. Brand Manager totake the lead over brands with over 100M annual visitors. You will be primarily responsible for collaborating with the organization across Consumer Product, Consumer Marketing, and Strategy to execute branding initiatives designed to grow the awareness, consideration, and actions of renters. The opportunity offers the ability to take the lead on long-time brands that have lots of room to claim share in a growing industry. You will be responsible for making consumer facing advertising, brand marketing plans, and executing the brand measurement programs to communicate the impact to the business. It is an incredible opportunity to collaborate across the organization and work with senior leadership to establish the roadmap for a strong, differentiated portfolio of apartment brands that connect to the diverse renter audience. A Day in the Life

Imagine this as your day to day role and responsibilities...

  • You collaborate with the broader Consumer Marketing, Research, and Consumer Product teams to firmly establish the brand positioning 
  • You write creative briefs to communicate with external media and creative partners in order to support production and media activities 
  • You project manage the development of creative assets for a diverse group of media platforms 
  • You work with industry partners to build a media plan and strategy to maximize the growth of consumer brands 
  • You execute a multi-million dollar marketing budget with full implementation responsibilities and ongoing media optimization across channels 
  • You will proactively explore opportunities to accelerate the brand awareness in creative, but impactful methods 
  • You establish an ongoing plan for brand measurement and media impact to ensure an accountable branding approach with the ability to develop leading insights into impact across other content and media assets 
  • You communicate the performance and impact of the branding efforts to senior leadership and key stakeholders across the organization

What We Need from You...

  • You have a proven track record of working with consumer oriented brands to establish strong consumer relationships 
  • You bring a strong understanding of core elements of brand positioning and brand differentiation 
  • You have the ability to lead an analytically sound branding strategy that utilizes resources to maximize impact to the company 
  • You bring excellent analytical skills for data-driven decision making, deriving and disseminating actionable insights resulting from such analysis 
  • You are a skilled people manager and hands-on, day-to-day contributor 
  • You have a keen attention to detail across complex media and team environments 
  • You have the ability to manage initiatives proactively with minimal supervision, strong problem solving, communication (verbal/written) and time-management skills 
  • Overall, you bring 6-10 years’ experience in brand management roles 
  • You have successfully completed your BS/BA degree in marketing, business or advertising 
  • You have a strong history of driving consumer facing brands with proven results 
  • You bring extensive experience with media-planning and media-buying platforms 
  • You have a strong strategic mind to position brands and communicate the positioning across organizations to establish alignment 
  • You build measurement and accountability platforms for brand campaigns and initiatives
