Senior Brand Marketing Manager
Southwest Florida

Purpose of Your Work:

At Checkers & Rally’s we make a difference in people’s lives by serving our Franchisees, Teams, and Guests. As a member of our marketing team you will be responsible for playing a key role in identifying key consumer insights, ideating to develop new product and promotional ideas, leading cross-functional teams, designing strategic marketing plans, and launching new products to drive sales growth. Successful candidates will be passionate about the consumer, collaborative, and have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

How You Make a Difference Everyday:

  • Leads insight-driven concept development of marketing calendar events and other strategic growth initiatives from testing to national rollout 
  • Actively develops and executes annual strategic growth plans for assigned growth layers and other initiatives 
  • Ability to thrive to a fast paced and dynamic environment 
  • Analyzes market research, identifies industry trends, and competitive activity to develop strategies and tactics to increase market share and presents recommendations to senior leadership 
  • Independently manages cross-functional teams such as R&D, Advertising, Field Marketing, Digital Marketing, Consumer Insights, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, IT and Agency Partners to project completion

You've Got This?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field 
  • 4-5 years of marketing experience in retail, restaurant or consumer packaged goods is required 
  • Strong project management skills 
  • Proven logical and strategic thinking skills 
  • Leading cross-functional teams that bring new products and promotions to market 
  • Analytical ability to understand how to assess the impact of programs and initiatives 
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and ability to interact at senior levels of the organization 
  • Ability to proactively develop creative solutions 
  • Demonstrates ability to thrive in a fast-paced, fluid environment
