Overview:

DHG Risk Advisory is searching for an experienced communication and design professional to design graphic proposals, presentations and client deliverables. We are in search of a professional who is ready to join a hard-working, friendly, high-energy team-driven environment.

Responsibilities:

Graphic Design

  • Experience creating high-end brochures and client deliverables in PowerPoint, Word and InDesign. 
  • A talent for looking at data and interpreting them graphically to make them relevant and legible. 
  • Ability to conceptualize and work with marketing team to create materials for national and regional events.

Proposal Development

  • Develop proposals in accordance with RFP/RFQ guidelines. 
  • Manage proposal deliverables and time frames. 
  • Manage production and distribution of all proposal documents. 
  • Assist with and develop work solutions, sales presentations and gather supporting materials. 
  • Bio development.

Other

Work with the Team to complete case studies which speak to our team’s experience. Participate in regular Marketing Team discussions to facilitate cross-department knowledge sharing and identification of best practices and lessons learned. Perform other selected projects as needed to assist the Marketing department as a team in delivering superior service. Apply knowledge of layout principles, design and brand standards in all materials. Assist with maintaining and updating intranet and website content. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Skilled in organization and planning. Incredible time management skills. Able to analyze problems and problem solve.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree required 
  • 4+ years of experience drafting professional communication materials; focus on proposal deliverables, brochure creation or document layout expereince preferred 
  • Professional services experience preferred 
  • Experience serving Fortune 500 companies across multiple industries and understanding of financial services preferred 
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills required; understanding of Adobe InDesign preferred 
  • Extraordinary attention to detail required
