What will I be doing?
On-Property Marketing & Project Management: Assists departments with their needs (online, web, collateral, direct mail, advertising, and signage, photography) to ensure they meet business objectives. Utilize internal and external resources to complete projects. Track and maintain ongoing status of internal marketing requests. Manages monthly updates to collateral. Process purchase orders and invoices. Work with accounting team on accruals and monthly reconciliations.
Website & Digital Content: Maintains and enhances all copy, imagery/video, and PDFs on property website(s), with support of agency, ensuring it best reflects the resort goals and is accurate at all times. Collaborates with eCommerce team on structural updates to ensure design and SEO best practices are maintained. Uses analytics to support any major changes to the website. Reviews all agency copy before it is posted on website to ensure it fits overall strategy and positioning. Posts content updates online.
Public Relations/Community Relations: Ensures proper execution of PR activity across hotel including spa, F&B, club membership and special events. Assist agency with on-property execution and logistics needed for media stays. Assist and support local community initiatives.
Social Media: Support social media agency in content creation. Works with departments to create new ideas. Provides and posts content to LinkedIn and Pinterest accounts. Identifies opportunities on-property to improve sentiment and across hotel leadership to implement positive changes where needed.
