A Graphic Designer works directly with internal and external clients to seamlessly craft brand strategy and deliver design components that meet the end objectives for each project. They should be well-versed in design communication and possess strong conceptual skills. Awareness of current trends in design is a must.

  • Successfully managing a variety of strategic marketing and administrative projects 
  • Generating ideas to maximize exposure for the division’s revenue-generating activities (examples include pitch packs, touch pieces to clients and prospects, quarterly marketing pieces, client events, etc.) 
  • Communicating efficiently with division members to a) discuss concepts, and b) commence, follow up, and complete all projects as directed and on time 
  • Developing and maintaining the division’s marketing collateral, touch pieces and presentation documents 
  • Coordinating all special functions that a) are hosted by the division, or b) require participation from the division members 
  • Maintaining, organizing, and populating data within the division’s distribution lists, and setting up systems to ensure clients and pursuits are communicated with systematically 
  • Writing press releases for division members 
  • Leading special projects as directed by leadership and assisting leadership in day-to-day administrative duties


  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design, marketing or a related field from accredited university 
  • 3-5 years of experience in a formal design environment 
  • Proficient knowledge of the Adobe Creative Cloud software 
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (specifically, Outlook, Word, and Excel) 
  • Excellent organization, project management, and communication skills 
  • Exceptional client interaction skills 
  • Ability to effectively cross-manage multiple projects at one time 
  • Experience translating creative strategy into creative direction, designing with a bigger picture in mind, and preparing presentations, all with exceptional follow-through 
  • Strong action bias and desire to continually learn 
  • Willingness to comprehend core commercial real estate concepts 
  • Video production/animation, website design and interactive PDF capabilities 
  • Event coordination and management experience is a plus
