Based in Morrisville, NC, Nufarm is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist. The Digital Marketing Specialist would support the customer experience, communication, marketing and sales teams in all areas of the Nufarm North American region. From tactical edits to being able to identify new trends so that we can leverage platforms to better deliver relevant content will be the key to success. Additionally, you must be able to tailor your writing style for the specific media being used. We are looking for someone who is highly motivated to learn with a proven ability manage and prioritize multiple projects.

Be part of building a better Nufarm:

  • Design, manage and execute social media campaigns 
  • Provide assistance and coordinate a positive relationship among internal Nufarm groups. 
  • Maintain this collective relationship to help mutually grow Nufarm both internally and externally. 
  • Develop and work with Nufarm Internal Groups & Departments such as Product Management, Regulatory, Sales , IT, Marketing and Customer Service to develop communications, training and other support programs. 
  • Attend, provide support, and participate in Industry Organizations and tradeshow events as applicable and appropriate and pertain to, in which align with the company’s philosophies, principles, and objectives. 
  • Develop and manage Pardot campaigns, update websites and Salesforce.com

We are looking for someone with 3-5 years of cross-discipline content creation experience: Digital marketing, web site editing, Customer Relationship Management, and Social Media. Also editing web sites and optimizing for search engine placement; experience using Google Analytics and Google AdWords. The ideal candidate will also have a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Public relations, Marketing or Journalism. It is a plus to have graphic design skills.
