Digital Communications Coordinator

PulteGroup’s Corporate Communications department is seeking a passionate, hardworking multimedia storyteller to support our public relations and communications efforts. We’re looking for a self-starter skilled in content creation: videos, graphics, and writing copy for social and digital channels. The position will be based at our corporate office in Atlanta.


  • Create digital content (graphics, videos, animated GIFs, etc.) to accompany internal and external communications materials as a multi-media storyteller
  • Assist in writing and developing content to support internal communications initiatives, such as the employee video newsletter and blog
  • Help develop content and drive consumer engagement via corporate/philanthropic social media channels, including @PulteGroupNews, Built to Honor, and Company LinkedIn page
  • Support overall external and internal communications efforts for the company
  • Assist with other corporate communications projects as needed, including but not limited to compiling media lists (including influencers and bloggers) and editorial calendars, national story generation; drafting/editing press releases, etc.


  • BA/BS in journalism, communications or related field with demonstrated proficiency in writing and visual storytelling. 
  • 1-3 years of experience required.


  • Experience with video production, shooting and editing with video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro
  • Candidate must have hands-on experience with social media platforms, specifically Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn, with an understanding of tools that measure social media initiatives and results and online content communications effectiveness
  • Experience in graphic design and design software programs, such as Photoshop or Canva
  • Familiarity with WordPress and Google Analytics preferred
  • Candidate must be a team player but with the ability to work independently
  • Willing and able to travel, as needed, within the U.S. 
  • Must possess a can-do attitude and a willingness to get the job done.
