Position Details

CRM Campaign Execution Specialist
Central and Northeast Florida
Orlando, FL

The Campaign Execution Specialist is responsible for the day-to-day execution of email marketing campaigns including building and deploying email campaigns within Red Lobster's Email Service Provider platform/campaign management tool.


  • Work with CRM team to develop and implement segmented and personalized email communication.
  • Manage the scheduling and deployment of all customer email campaigns, ensuring all tracking codes are applied correctly to facilitate accurate performance monitoring.
  • Develop campaign and logic (list selection, segmentation, etc.) in the ESP/campaign management toolset.
  • Ensure the quality through proofing, testing links, checking rendering, reviewing versions and personalization if applicable.
  • Own the campaign process by filling out the Campaign Request Form with all requirements (including links and all other specific campaign information) for team members involved in email marketing. Also, responsible for managing all revisions.
  • Maintain awareness of email marketing trends, best practices, technologies, CAN-SPAM, CASL laws and privacy laws.
  • Track the weekly performance of email KPI's against weekly and monthly targets and communicate the performance of emails to internal stakeholders.
  • Communicate with various stakeholders related to email revisions, project requirements, and other production related topics.
  • Contribute to template/process documentation and the development of internal production tools.
  • Work collaboratively with both internal and external cross-functional teams to develop and deliver quality key direct marketing email initiatives.
  • Create coupon codes, submit coupon documents to internal team for set-up and testing for My Red Lobster Rewards, Fresh Catch News and Fresh Alerts.


  • Knowledge of A/B testing, messaging, and post-campaign analysis.
  • Proficient in MS Office and various CRM platforms.
  • Strong attention to detail, problem solving and project management skills are required.
  • Familiarity working with customer databases, data analysis, segmentation and email marketing platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Excellent team player and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to produce reports and derive valuable insights and analysis.

  • BA degree in Marketing or relevant field.
  • Experience setting up email campaigns in Email Service Provider platforms.
  • Experience with campaign segmentation and external tracking.
  • Experience with Movable Ink is desirable.
  • Experience with Google Analytics is desirable.
