Job Summary:

The Creative/Graphic Designer Manager at iPic Entertainment will lead the production and execution of iPic's creative content for all marketing initiatives. The Creative/Graphic Designer Manager will collaborate with key stakeholders across the company to elevate the brand design for both theater and restaurant concepts across website, email, social media, ads, mass media, events, and all marketing collateral. To be success in this role, the Creative Designer will live and breathe iPic's brand vision and use design to bring our core values to life through passionate visual language.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement brand strategy (brand guidelines, tone of voice, copy) and identity work (logo design, typeface design, advertising layouts, presentation guidelines, packaging design) 
  • Lead all brand creative marketing efforts from strategy to implementation in the areas of design for our digital experience, websites, micro-sites, landing pages, emails, social media, brochures, flyers, ads and all marketing collateral. 
  • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders across the organization and external agencies to create branded assets for advertising, sales, and product marketing and product launches and tradeshows that shapes and supports brand messaging. 
  • Assess design infrastructure needs and implement best practices in preparation to further scale creative development.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Design or related field with previous success as a Creative Director, including a current supporting portfolio.
  • 7+ years of experience in Design in e-Commerce, Retail, Hospitality, Consumer Goods, Luxury Goods or Marketing Agency/Consultancy.
  • Demonstrated ability to build high quality creative strategic campaigns that exceed marketing objectives.
  • Ability to think innovatively, and present clear visual storytelling content that addresses iPic's creative needs on all channels.
  • An exquisite sense of graphic design, typography, image manipulation in Adobe Creative Suite Expertise - specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
  • Driven, enthusiastic and creative manager with a proven organizational and project management skills, including strong follow through and the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines.
