Dunn&Co. is seeking a strategic-minded and innovative thinker, who can demonstrate in their portfolio an ability to craft both effective and award-winning work, and who is passionate about being a creative leader. You must be a self-motivated and endlessly curious individual, who can collaborate to unearth ideas from your team across a variety of media. You must be an excellent written and verbal communicator, whose presentation skills, insight and industry knowledge will contribute to new business activities as well as inspire opportunities for existing clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead creative projects to ensure that all written output is strategically aligned with the brand voice and guidelines; 
  • Develop copy for a variety of advertising and communications efforts, including traditional, editorial and digital; 
  • Collaborate with creative directors, art directors, cinematographers, designers and account teams to develop messaging strategies and write copy for projects; 
  • Lead creative teams in campaign concepting; 
  • Contribute to the new business activities of the agency; 
  • Conduct annual appraisals with direct reports;

Requirements:

  • 2+ years experience in a similar role at an agency or 5+ years as an ACD within an agency; 
  • Excellent presenter and persuasive speaker; 
  • Inspire, mentor and foster talent within a creative team; 
  • Demonstrate a versatile portfolio that includes executions in a range of media; 
  • Possess a hunger to stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies and business solutions; 
  • Effectively handle multiple assignments in a fast-moving environment
