Sealed Air’s Product Care division is expanding our team in order to reach new audiences using new methods, technologies, and points of view. The global content studio is responsible for creating effective content that drives global marketing efforts. The Marketing Content Manager be charged with creating targeted and effective content that educates customers and prospects in Product Care’s priority sectors and segments and guides them through the buying journey.

The Content Marketing Manager will work closely with various marketing teams to gather and synthesize the voice of the customer into meaningful insights, tools, and messages. This role will also collaborate with Marketing Operations, Sales Operations, and Global Communications to architect and execute a comprehensive sales enablement strategy.

This role requires a relentlessly curious mind that never stops learning new information, asking probing questions, or seeking a new way to approach a challenge – both our own challenges as communicators creating content in a saturated media environment, and the challenges of the customers we serve. The success of this position will be measured in content performance metrics (usage and sharing by field sales teams, site engagement, views, and downloads from online prospects, etc.) and in on-time percentage in hitting ambitious timelines for content delivery to support annual campaign objectives.


  • Consult with product, segment, and regional marketing teams to develop strategic content and communications plans that support products’ positions in the market using the most relevant and effective messaging to reach target audience. 
  • Produce a high-volume of timely, authoritative, highly-credible, content to engage, educate, and drive action within in global B2B and B2C customer target segments 
  • Conduct ongoing industry research, and media & trend analysis to support content deliverables with third-party data or identify new content themes that are relevant to our customer and prospect audiences. 
  • Design and manage a system for storing customer information, interviews and insights to ensure utilization across channels and audiences across the business. 
  • Partner with Marketing Operations and Content Studio Director to prioritize, direct and/or execute content production timelines in accordance with global and regional sales and marketing goals and to ensure content usage and efficacy across multiple teams and regions. 
  • Create templates, guidelines, and provide ongoing coaching and support to marketing communications teams in global regions who may be tasked with created localized content. 
  • Participate in or support facilitation of Challenger Messaging workshops; ensure utilization of Challenger messaging in creation of marketing and sales enablement assets


  • BA/BS Degree Marketing, Business, Communications, Journalism, or related discipline. 
  • At least 5 years of experience creating marketing communications content for a diverse set of audience targets in accordance with tangible commercial objectives. 
  • Experience working in a B2B retail, fulfillment, or manufacturing sector preferred. 
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment 
  • Must possess excellent written, verbal and visual communication skills
