80% - Essential - Fundraising: Manages a dynamic pool of prospects (maximum of 150) with a capacity to make a gift in the $10,000 - $249,999 range and identify those donors with major gift capacity for cultivation. Focuses on Discovery/Identification and solicitation from prospects and donors who have interest in supporting the assigned college/unit, specifically Clemson parents. Conducts 17-20 visits monthly, in which the majority will be discovery. Raises a minimum of $250,000 in year one. In subsequent years, goals will be developed in conjunction with the Sr. Director of Development. Focuses on growing the overall number and percentage of individual donors to college/unit & and growing the level of unrestricted support by increasing the number of Leadership Circle donors.
10% - Essential - Stewardship and Engagement: Coordinates cultivation and stewardship events related to development activities. Secures hosts to fund cultivation events, where applicable.
10% - Essential - Collaboration: Seeks input from and works collaboratively with the University Development Team and the Development & Alumni Relations Division.
