OVERALL SUMMARY:

Everywhere Agency is seeking a multi-tasking maniac to be an Account Manager on a variety of our clients, managing influencer and social media marketing campaigns from the ground up. As Account Manager, you would serve as the primary contact for both the day-to-day project work and strategic leadership for all of your clients.

This role is equal parts strategy and collaboration and requires a nimble self-starter with a passion for the work of the agency and our clients’ businesses. Successful Account Managers cultivate relationships at all levels, represent the agency vision to key stakeholders, and continuously work to identify opportunities for moving our clients and agency forward.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Accountability for every step of the campaign process and client deliverables 
  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients and influencers 
  • Anticipating and resolving client issues as they arise 
  • Collaborating with agency team to deliver the most creative approach for every campaign 
  • Gaining clients’ confidence by understanding their objectives and over-delivering on each project 
  • Project management across all campaigns and activations 
  • Leading brainstorms and creative meetings when necessary 
  • Developing Statements of Work and budgets 
  • Identify account growth opportunities and future income streams 
  • Manage distribution of team communication from junior team members to Account Director 
  • Maintaining strong knowledge of emerging trends and technology in the industry 
  • Supporting the growth and enhancement of Everywhere Society (our influencer network) 
  • Contributing to a positive work environment that celebrates authenticity, hard work, and being a team player

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Advertising, English, Psychology or other related fields 
  • 3-5+ years experience in account management 
  • Advanced problem solving skills and communication abilities 
  • Self-starter that requires little oversight 
  • Excellent writing skills 
  • Passionate about social media and knowledgeable about social media analytics 
  • Very familiar with Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat and YouTube 
  • Fast learner with new technologies/comfortable with a variety of software 
  • Ability to create and interpret spreadsheets 
  • Ability to anticipate customers’ needs and match them with appropriate products and services 
  • Thriving under pressure and in a fast-paced environment 
  • Comfortable with creating budgets and analyzing numbers 
  • Ability to process feedback and learn from constructive criticism

NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS (Not Required):

  • Photoshop or InDesign Skills 
  • Social Media Paid Ads Experience 
  • Public Speaking
