Summary

Position Purpose:

As Demand Generation Marketing Manager (Financial Crime Risk Management), you will be responsible for driving rapid growth of the marketing-contributed pipeline in 2017 and beyond through traditional and digital campaign activities, trade events, webinars, and other demand generation tactics. Working with Product Marketing and Demand Creation teams, you will help develop compliant, integrated campaigns that drive high quality leads and awareness; ensure campaigns are executed with speed and quality and that results are reported and analyzed for continuous learning and program refinement.

Description

Essential Job Responsibilities:

  • Planning and creating strategies, tactics, activities and materials that drive growth and revenue in key target markets 
  • Planning, developing and working with corporate marketing and demand generation function for execution of marketing programs – including project management 
  • Qualifying enquiries, tracking and reporting on the results of all campaigns in salesforce.com or marketing automation system 
  • Working with inside sales on campaign follow-up activity 
  • Internal communication of marketing activity 
  • Working with events team to oversee business unit presence at events – in particular messaging and content 
  • Managing content for marketing programs / sales support materials including creation, editing or reworking of copy 
  • Contributing to reference program through the production of press releases and case studies – in conjunction with account management and corporate marketing function 
  • Maintaining close working relationship with various stakeholders worldwide 
  • Building and maintaining strong and profitable working relationships with corporate marketing, demand gen, event management and other functions that help to get the job done 
  • Contribution to the development of new concepts and solutions 
  • Assistance with expense forecasting and marketing planning
Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree required

Job Related Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years marketing communications experience 
  • Minimum 3 years demand generation experience 
  • Financial services or financial services technology industry experience preferred 
  • B2B marketing experience preferred 
  • Experience working within a global matrix software organization preferred

Additional Skills/Knowledge:

  • Proven ability to drive demand and build pipeline 
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal 
  • Ability to write clear / compelling copy for demand generation campaigns 
  • Up to date knowledge of all marketing mediums and tactics available 
  • Proficient with social media 
  • Good MS office skills, to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook 
  • Knowledge of salesforce.com and marketing automation systems for lead management / reporting 
  • Excellent administrative and organizational skills 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment 
  • Ability to work on own initiative 
  • Self-motivated, decisive and able to deliver high quality work to tight timescales 
  • Willingness to travel, and from time to time attend industry and corporate events

Travel:

  • 10%-15%
